Staten Island Muay Thai is a Martial Arts and Fitness Gym. We are dedicated to teaching Muay Thai Kickboxing & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Muay Thai and BJJ are known to be two of the main components in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Our Goal is to teach the Muay Thai tradition to the community. Other benefits to learning Muay Thai is self defense, losing weight, building self confidence, relieving stress, and increasing strength. Sparring, fighting, and competing is completely optional. You will never be pressured or forced into it. In our Bootcamp class you will put your body to the ultimate test. SIMT is a gym where everyone comes to learn. When you train at here you become part of our team, part of our family, and we are respectful of one another. We do not allow our egos to get in the way of our training and we do not intimidate each other or those that come in looking for a place to call home.
