Staten Island Muay Thai is a traditional Martial Arts gym. We are dedicated to teaching the authentic forms of Muay Thai Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Muay Thai and BJJ are known to be the 2 main components in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Our Goal is to teach these traditions to the community. Other benefits to learning these arts are self defense, losing weight, building self confidence, relieving stress, and increasing strength. Sparring, fighting, and competing is completely optional. You will never be pressured or forced into it. Staten Island Muay Thai is a gym where everyone comes to learn. When you train at SIMT you become part of our team, part of our family, and we are respectful of one another. We do not allow our egos to get in the way of our training an we do not intimidate each other or those that come into our gym looking for a place to call home. Classes for teens & adults.
